After a few tough weeks at work, this was a good reminder to me to be grateful and kinder to everyone I meet, from the client at work to the high school boy bagging my groceries at the store. Thanks Mandy.
Hello,
Thanks Mandy for such a great post.
Unfortunately, I am very hard on myself and I have all these huge expectations that I, as well as society, believe I have to meet. I stress myself so much that I forget to enjoy the moment, everything that I have accomplished. I guess you can say that I am my own worst enemy. However, I’m learning not to be so hard on myself, enjoy the moment, take it day by day. It’s hard sometimes, but I am a work in progress.
Thankful that i have discovered this blog at the moment as i have been praying to get a job and its been difficult at times as i have just had another baby and i could really do with some activity in my life.
You have no idea how you’re affecting lives. Found this blog yesterday and I can see myself in each and every post I’ve read since yesterday. Bless you.
Love this. Thanks. I will use this daily.
Perfect! I totally need this right now. Thank you!
Talk to yourself like a friend….. I just tried it and it really helped my rough morning. Thank you!
